Our production facilities span over 60,000 sq. ft. with an installed capacity of 5000 MT annually, capable of producing single castings up to 3500 kg. We’ve invested in a fully automated, eco-friendly sand moulding and recycling system, and advanced tools such as:
Ametek Spectrometer for precise chemical analysis
12 MT automatic PLC-controlled reheating furnace
300,000-litre quenching tank for controlled cooling
